Beginners Course
The beginners course has been designed for those women who have done little or no exercise since leaving school, getting married, having babies/grandchildren etc! It is therefore kept to a minimum level and is meant to enable all participants to complete it without suffering discomfort or disillusionment. The course is designed to help women over 16 improve their health, and have some fun while getting fit!
The course lasts for 10 weeks. and is run from Hove Rugby Clubhouse, Hove Recreation Ground, Hove, and costs £40 for the complete course.
Each week there will be a handout explaining the session and you will find it useful to keep the information together. We will meet in the same room each week giving you an opportunity to get to know one another and to discuss any issues you may have related to the course and your running/walking.
Our current beginners courses started on Thursday 24th April. Please contact Alix Mercer-Rees for further details, or apply using the application form below..
